smoke cigarettes while sick

For the very first time in my life, i HAVE smoke!?
I’m already 19..
I want to ask.. what will happen if I smoke for the very first time with just 2 cigarettes only while I have a cough(I’m sick)?
And I noticed I’m coughing so hard…is it because of my cold or was it the negative effects of smoking??
What will happen??

I was so disappointed at myself because i tried THANKS to my so-called friends!
It’s the cold dude smoking doesn’t hit you that fast.
