Which are the best cigars available in the Caribbean?
I’m going on a cruise to the Caribbean in a few months and I’m looking to buy quality cigars. What are the best cigars available in this region?
I will be visiting St. Maarten, Haiti, St. Thomas, and Puerto Rico. I’m looking for Dominican Cigars but I don’t know where to get them, or the best cigars to get.
