I’m a little confused on what patriotism is. Let’s see American history:?
Stealing an entire country. (Sorry Native “Americans”)
Kidnapping millions from there home land and enslaving them.
The KKK
Charging people to get healthy. (The big insurance scam)
Inflicting an entire population with syphilis. (Tuskegee project)
Stealing peoples rights to cast there votes. (Florida voting system)
Stealing the white house. (Dubya)
Robbing from the poor to give to the rich. (Taxes, gas prices)
Pumping millions of Americans with legalized drugs that do more harm then illegal drugs.
Cigarettes.
Should I go on?
So, tell me, what is American patriotism?
True Answer-I said robbing the POOR to give to the rich! Read carefully please.
There are two types of patriotism. The love of a particular area of land, which is a bit silly, and the love of a political entity, which is not only stupid but dangerous.
I’ve got a few more for your list:
Removing democratically elected or popular governments – or at least trying to – across the world (Honduras, Chile, Brazil, Iran, Vietnam, Cuba, Nicaragua)
Propping up vile dictatorships (Iraq, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Uzbekistan, Chile, Saudi Arabia)
Using nuclear weapons on densely populated areas (Hiroshima, Nagasaki)
