best cigars to smoke

Should I not smoke cigars since I get sick each time?
I get sick each time I smoke a cigar. I wanted to smoke in moderation but if I did that I would get sick each time.
You are not supposed to inhale cigars and you should smoke after eating a good, heavy meal
