Is it legal to import Cuban cigars to USA from Haiti or from Canada? Both countries have relations with Haiti.
The import of Cuban cigars in the US is not legal be it from
Haiti or Canada.
Some people take the risk and pass the Canadian borders by car because there less control than on the airplanes.
