200 cigarettes online

Buying cigarettes online?
I have to pay £5 ($10) a pack of 20 in the UK, and I see international brands of cigarettes online for $10 for 200.
Is it legal to order them from the UK? Are they real cigarettes or cheap cigarettes with fake packaging? Am I likely to incur any taxes?
Also, can anyone recomend and good site they’ve used before.
